FLOWER 2021
DRESS
MADE WITH INFLUENCES FOUND IN THE ETHIOPIAN SURI TRIBE AND THE ACT OF
WEARING FLOWERS AS A FORM OF DRESS.
THE DRESS IS A FLOWER CASCADING DOWN THE BODY, FALLING IN LAYERS OF PETALS.
Inspired through the beauty in nature, this dress champions the flower as a natural beauty and makes it wearable.
Made in all circular pattern pieces, each layer has amazing drape, resulting in cascading layers that fall around the body.
The dress is finished off with native WA everlasting flowers on the bottom layer, allowing the wearer to adorn literal flowers while wearing a gown inspired by flowers.
